Plot : Life. Support. Music. is a documentary film directed by Eric Daniel Metzgar about the healing power of true love and flexibility of human spirit. It traces the long, grueling, implausible and mystifying journey towards recovery by the renowned guitarist, Jason Crigler. Jason, who was one of the most sought after guitarists of New York City, suffered an incapacitating brain hemorrhage during a concert in Manhattan in August 2004. The doctors told his stunned and pregnant wife Monica, that if Jason survived he would never be able to walk, let alone play a guitar. However, a determined Monica and the couple’s devoted family took the complete recovery of Jason into their own hands and have been trying to conjure up a medical miracle for the past three years.
