Plot : Bliss is a drama flick directed by Abdullah Oguz tells the tale of three people who meet under implausible circumstances and end up changing each other's lives. Meryem (Özgü Namal) a young woman who after being raped is ordered to be killed according to the village custom. Cemal (Murat Han), a young man and the village leader’s son is given the task but after having second thoughts at the last moment, he runs away with Meryem. They are closely followed by the local thugs determined to kill Meryem. However, Cemal and Meryem meet Irfan (Talat Bulut), who is an ex-university professor and a charismatic man. Irfan is need of a crew as he is all set to go on a sailing trip. It is soon revealed that Irfan is also on the run as he is trying to get away from a dead marriage and an empty life. Together, this bunch of three unlikely traveling companions, embark on a voyage that will end up changing their lives forever.
