Plot : BLAST! is a documentary that explores the world of hazardous, hardcore, scientific exploits, directed by Paul Devlin. The director takes us on a journey into the fascinating world of astrophysics with his brother Dr. Mark Devlin, and his devoted team, who fearlessly explore the Big Bang theory. The team works on a sensitive project where even the smallest details have to be taken good care of as every single microchip is vital and losing even one can lead to a great disaster. The camera follows the team as it makes an effort to launch a telescope that has cost millions of dollars, under a high-altitude balloon of NASA. They travel to the Antarctic, with the sole aim to find out about numerous initial galaxies.
