Plot : Anvil! The Story of Anvil is a documentary film directed by Sacha Gervasi about the struggle of the famous Canadian rock band, Anvil. The film follows the lead vocalist of the band, Steve Lips Kudlow and the drummer, Robb Reiner, in their struggle to not only keep the band alive but also save their ambitions from being crushed. The two men who made a pact at the tender age of 14, to rock together forever in life, were the main force behind the setting up of Anvil that came to be known as the demi-god of Canadian metal. Although Anvil never was able to make it quite big, it inspired and influenced an entire generation of musicians including the likes of Metallica, Slayer, and Anthrax.
