Plot : 8 Mile is an American Hip Hop Drama which is the directorial work of Curtis Hanson. The movie revolves around Jimmy Smith who is a young and unhappy blue collar employ, struggling with several aspects of life. Later, he moves to 8 Mile to run his family which includes his alcoholic mother called Stephanie and sister, Lily situated in Warren. Jimmy wants to pay an attention on his music career but finds it difficult to move on. Soon, Jimmy realizes that his life is the same since he completed his graduation. He starts blaming the circumstances for his situation but soon realizes that he has large degree to control his problem. Shortly, he starts questioning that whether his friends are also in the same situation or they have achieved their goal. Later, he decides to quit music and spend more time on his daytime job and constructing their home. Will he ever complete his passion or forget his dream and lead a simple life?
