Plot : 12:08 East of Bucharest is a comical dramedy film directed by Corneliu Porumboiu. This movie is an amusing spunk of three odd men who at times get out of their mental states or at times not! It’s 22nd of December and it’s been sixteen years since revolution was passed. Piscoci, an old retired man is preparing for Christmas alone and Manescu on the other hand is a history teacher who tries to keep up with his debts. The third and the last one Jderescu, the owner of a local television post, is least interested in the upcoming holidays and he feels that the time to face history has come. 12:08 East of Bucharest video shows that how he along with Manescu and Piscoci tries to find an answer to a question which could not be answered from past 16 years. And the question is: “Was it or wasn't it a revolution in their town?”
